We can help you with everything from setting up new accounts to troubleshooting complex technical problems.

We offer the following levels of support for Google Workspace and associated services:

12 month contract – From £50 per month for Business Standard Support.

Our Enhanced Service is proactive and designed to formalise and improve your existing approach to managing Google Workspace. We address any gaps in resources, skills or knowledge and security is a particular focus. The enhanced service includes our standard helpdesk service.

An initial call will set out the scope required and in order to set up the service, we perform a basic health check of your domain account. Depending on your situation, we may recommend a more detailed audit and/or a security review.

The Refractiv team will monitor your Google Admin panel, carry out any agreed changes, analyse activity and chair a monthly review meeting. A monthly report will be generated which can be tailored to provide the information you wish to monitor each month. The report includes:

  • Users review
  • Devices monitoring
  • Security review
  • Helpdesk tickets


All the features of the Standard Service plus:

  • Initial Security and Health Check to set up the service
  • Admin panel changes as required
  • Weekly account monitoring
  • Monthly administration and security report
  • Monthly administration review meeting
  • User offboarding as agreed (including user to user email migrations using Google Data Migration tool)
  • 10% discount on training courses


12 month contract, payable monthly – From £500 per month for Business Standard Support.
Prices for support for other Google Workspace tiers or short term contracts available on request.
A £300 onboarding fee is payable. The service is set up in month 1 and reports are available from month 2 onwards.


On request support service, paid by the hour



£135 per hour. Payable monthly in arrears.

Bulk package available at a discount.


    1. For the best service we either request that you transfer your Google account to Refractiv or provide an admin user email address on your domain.
    2. All support services are available 0900-1730 weekdays, not including UK bank holidays.
    3. Access to our Helpdesk is limited to 2 named contacts unless agreed otherwise.
    4. Patronum licenses are included in our Enhanced Service – a set up fee may be payable to utilise the policies and signatures feature.
