The Czech Republic is famous for its beer production and consumption but in October it hosted an altogether more mind expanding event.
The Google Apps for Education European Summit focused on getting the most from Google Apps for Education in both Primary/Secondary schools and Higher Education environments. Refractiv CTO Ian Weatherhogg contributed a session on Google Apps Script to a packed house and with presentations led by some of the world’s leading Google Apps experts including Google staff and Google Certified Teachers and Trainers, it proved to be an informative and truly European exchange of ideas.
Refractiv will be at the UK Education Summit planned for April 2013 in Halifax – a place more famous for wool than beer, but which still promises to be a useful and enlightening event whatever your connection with education. We’ll keep you posted.
