Liquid Accounts, market leaders and specialists in Online Accounting Software, has made the transition from Microsoft Outlook 2007 and an internal Exchange server to Google Apps for Business.

This week Refractiv has migrated the email, calendar and contacts for users. Each user now has the choice of continuing to use Outlook through Google Apps Sync or switch to Gmail.

Liquid Accounts decided on the switch to Google Apps for Business to improve employee communication, save internal costs and because a cloud based system would complement their cloud accounting software.
