Zendesk helps us offer an efficient customer service by centralising and logging all enquiries and questions in one place, no matter how they are received – via email, web, chat, phone or via Twitter.

Zendesk has recently launched a new Help Center featuring a knowledge base, community, and customer portal – all in one. allows our customers to log a ticket or chat live with one of our team, clients can also access our growing knowledgebase of articles on Google Apps, Capsule, MySiteAdmin and WordPress. If you have a Google Apps account, you can log in using your Google sign in; if not simply register on your first visit.
