Careers guidance company Morrisby provides help and advice to people about their education and career options. Established over 50 years ago, their careers guidance products are now used in over 1,000 schools throughout the world.

The team at Morrisby needed to develop an intranet that would incorporate their existing document management system. It also needed to be flexible enough to store different assets and files within the folders, yet simple enough for all of their employees to use. As many of existing solutions are complex and don’t offer easy integration of document management, this search proved to be something of a struggle, until they discovered OverDRIVE.

Frequently used as an intranet and web portal, OverDRIVE which uses documents and data from Google Drive and other cloud applications to automatically generate a site, was a perfect solution. As an existing Google Apps user, Drive offered a simple and familiar way to build the intranet and the OverDRIVE team worked closely with Morrisby to ensure that the site delivered specifically what the organisation needed.
