County Durham based lighting contractors AK (Lighting & Signs) wanted a Cloud solution that would enable them to access documents off-site and in remote areas on client visits without the hefty price tag of Microsoft Office 365.
Having opted for G Suite, Google for Work Partner Refractiv ensured a smooth transition, which has improved operational efficiency within the organisation and significantly reduced cost. The ability to access their documents anywhere at anytime, coupled with the power of Google Drive has also greatly improved both communication and collaboration across the whole company.
The implementation of G Suite was complemented with Backupify to ensure a secure ‘Cloud to Cloud’ backup solution to protect all the data migrated to Google Drive.
