Personal Property Alerts enhance Charnock Bates service.
Charnock Bates is a market leader in the sale of Country Houses, Listed Buildings and Period Homes in the West Yorkshire area. Charnock Bates is always keen to respond to market needs and we regularly discuss enhancements to the website.
One such change in June was the development and launch of a “Property Alerts” service. The service allows visitors registering with Charnock Bates to notify a price range which meets their personal property search requirements. The alert service will then send an email to them for each new instruction or price alteration in the nominated range. The email includes an image and links to further information.
The new service is now live on the Charnock Bates website and has been well received with customers already signing up to Personal Property Alerts.
