Viva Las Vegas! TeamWork 2016, the Google for Work Annual Partner Summit
Google hosted their annual partner conference TeamWork 2016 last week in Las Vegas, so the OverDRIVE team packed their own special kind of white suits and were in pole position for three days of exciting program and product updates and best practices.
Amongst the speakers who shared Google for Work’s vision for 2016 were Amit Singh, Ruth Porat and an engaging and motivational offering from Senior VP of Google, Diane Greene. There’s some exciting and interesting developments ahead, but we’re sworn to secrecy, so for now “What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas!”
Aside from the briefings and networking, there was of course some time for fun. We headed to Brooklyn Bowl, at the heart of the strip, for some bowling and for those under 50 (!), an awesome set from Jason Derulo and his amazing dancers. Unfortunately our CTO lost his hoody during some particularly frenzied dancing action, so if anyone sees Jason wearing an OverDRIVE zip through, please tell him to send it back.
