  • For the best service, we either request that you transfer your Google account to Refractiv or provide an admin user email address on your domain.
  • All support services are available from 09:00-17:30 on weekdays, excluding UK bank holidays.
  • Access to our Helpdesk is limited to 2 named contacts unless agreed otherwise.
